I am late with this review, but better late than never. The crew from O'Briens Roofing were excellent from start to finish. They responded to my call immediately and treated it as an emergency. Fantastic customer service, especially since I had contacted two other companies and arranged a time for a visit, but neither turned up. I'm so glad they didn’t now. O'Briens Roofing handled the work, which involved re-bedding all the ridge tiles and installing a fascia board along the side of the house. The workmanship was top-notch and quick, too. Highly, highly recommend them to anyone dealing with roofing emergency issues. Don't mess around calling others who can’t be bothered to keep their word. O'Briens Roofing is the best. Thanks again, guys, for your excellent work!

I had Michael and his team in & out in half an hour, they fixed 2 visible leaks in my roof and even sealed/repaired cracked tiles I didn’t even know were cracked. They were affordable too, which can be frightening when you have to call out any contractor. I highly recommend O'Briens Roofing – I have no complaints and will definitely be using them again (hopefully not too soon though!).

I recently discovered I had a problem with my roof. A ridge tile was missing, and a lot of water was getting in and leaking into various walls. I rang O'Briens Roofing on Wednesday afternoon, and they had Michael out to me on Thursday morning. He had to return in the afternoon as the roof was too slippy in the morning, but he arrived as promised and quickly got into the task. He worked efficiently and professionally. I would DEFINITELY recommend O'Briens Roofing. The team was super helpful and responded really quickly. I can't fault them. Thank you, Michael and O'Briens Roofing!

Something no one needs at this time of year—both weather-wise and funds-wise. My neighbour contacted me to say I had a hole in my roof, and sure enough, I did. I’m handy enough, but with winds and heights, I know my limits, so it was time to call in the professionals. After a few calls to different companies, I came across O'Briens Roofing. I spoke to Michael, and he assured me he could sort it out. Just a couple of hours later, the hole was gone, though my pocket feels a little lighter now! I had a leak coming through my extension roof into the kitchen, so I reached out to O'Briens Roofing. They sent someone out the same day to assess the damage, and within 2 working days, the roof was fully resurfaced. Michael and his team were fantastic—they kept me updated every step of the way. On top of resurfacing the roof, they took extra measures to make sure any excess water was properly draining off. I would highly recommend O'Briens Roofing!

I have a small extension with a flat roof that was leaking, and I was nervous to contact another roofing company after hearing some of the quotes from other companies. But Michael from O'Briens Roofing showed up, no nonsense, sussed out the job, and gave me the best quote yet. A few days later, the lads showed up, and the job was done, not a penny over the agreed price and finished within a day. There's also a WhatsApp contact number available to answer questions 7 days a week. My only small complaint is that I spent an hour cleaning up bits of felt from my garden the next day, but overall, I’m very happy with the service.

I had a problem with my roof and had used O'Briens Roofing previously on another property, so I knew I could count on them. I was delighted at the very quick response to my call and the quality of work done. It has rained most of the day since the repair was completed, and I'm happy to say there’s no water coming from our bedroom ceiling. There’s also a huge improvement outside as we thought we had a problem with our gutters, but it turned out to be lead issues around the chimney that were causing the problem.
